For Australian Orders, Customs Fees, Duties and Taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
All orders will be sent with a tracked signature required service, tracking numbers will be allocated and sent via text or email once the order has been packed.

Due to the high-paced nature of our store we do not allow order cancellations. This is to ensure all customers have a fair chance of purchasing items. We also incur irreversible charges once an order is placed.
We do not accept returns if you change your mind so please choose and read descriptions, conditions and sizing carefully. If an item comes with accessories such as a strap or original packaging, this will always be written in the description and/or in the photos, if no accessories are stated or shown in photos then there will be no accessories.
Please do note that most items are of a used nature with some being decades old, we do our best to provide you with the most accurate descriptions and photographs of the item. If you think an item has been grossly misrepresented, contact us and we will evaluate each return claim on a case by case basis with accordance to the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Please inspect your item upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged (beyond the description) or if you receive the wrong item.
To start a return, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving the item. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We only deal with authorised second hand resellers in Japan who operate under strict legislation that prohibits dealing with counterfeit goods. In Japan it is illegal to import, resell and deal with counterfeit items. All the resellers we work with have a second-hand goods dealers license and are registered with the Japanese government to ensure adherence to the law. These resellers all have certified in-house authenticators that certify items as genuine articles. We also conduct our own checks to ensure each bag matches the expected quality of its respective brand.
